The Collections Division is responsible for collecting taxes each year—including Alamance County and for local municipalities and other taxing jurisdictions.

- Deputy Collector II
- Delinquent Collector II
- Lead Cashier
- Two Delinquent Collectors
- Two Collections Clerks
- Foreclosure Paralegal
What We Do
Our Collections staff are dedicated to providing fast, accurate, and friendly service to citizens making their tax payments. In addition to collecting property taxes, the division also:
- Issues deed certifications
- Issues beer and wine licenses
- Issues mobile home moving permits
- Carefully balances and accounts for all payments received each day

We accept personal checks, credit cards, and debit cards (note: card payments include a processing fee).
