Administration Division
The Administration Division plays a key role in keeping the Tax Department running smoothly. Our team supports all other divisions and serves as the first point of contact for citizens who have questions or concerns.
Our division includes four dedicated staff members:
- Tax Administrator
- Business Officer
- Customer Service Representative
- Receptionist
Every day, our Customer Service and Reception staff assist citizens by answering 50–120 calls, welcoming walk-in visitors, and managing incoming mail. Their goal is to make sure you receive the information and assistance you need, and to connect you with the right team within the Tax Department.
The Business Officer oversees daily operations, supporting both finance and human resources, while also coordinating Customer Service and Reception.
The Tax Administrator leads the department by setting goals, managing the budget, directing staff, and working with community partners and other government agencies to ensure fair and efficient tax administration.
